Project Manager and Engineer responsible for calculating drainage areas, calculating flows, modeling watercourses, verifying structure capacities and sizing structures on various projects:

  • Hwy 35, Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, Carnarvon, ON, The Ministry of Transportation Ontario retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on five (5) centerline culverts on Highway 35, North of Carnarvon and determine the feasibility of lining the culverts.  
  • Bennett Creek Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, Mountain Chutes, ON (Amendment), The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to complete a hydraulic analysis of the Bennett Creek. 
  • Hwy 124 Culvert Replacements, Magnetawan, ON, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to investigate the drainage characteristics for 8 existing culverts on Highway 124 between Sundridge and Magnetawan.  
  • Hwy 11 Centreline Culvert, Township of Strathcona, District of Nipissing, The Ministry of Transportation of Transportation (MTO) retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on an existing culvert on Hwy 11 in the Township of Strathcona, District of Nipissing. 
  • Hwy 141, Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, Huntsville Region, ON, The Ministry of Transportation Ontario retained Tulloch to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on three (3) centerline culverts on Highway 141 in the Huntsville Region and determine a replacement strategy.  
  • Hwy 634, Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, Township of Homuth, ON, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to conduct a drainage and hydrology study for the replacement of the existing twin corrugated steel pipe culverts on Highway 634 in the Township of Homuth. 
  • Jumbo Creek (Hwy 537) Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to investigate drainage issues downstream of Jumbo Lake at the Highway 537 crossing in Sudbury District, formerly the Township of Cleland. 
  • Huntsville District Permit to Take Water, The Ministry of Transportation Ontario retained Tulloch Engineering to Prepare a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for 36 culverts. 
  • Hwy 17 Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on an existing culvert on Hwy 17 in the Township of Laronde, District of Algoma.  
  • Hwy 141 Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis of a Hwy 124 centreline culvert located at station 24+000 in the Township of Chapman in the District of Parry Sound. 
  • New Liskeard District Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on eight culverts in the Northeastern Region (New Liskeard area). 
  • Hwy 108 Culvert Replacements, Elliot Lake, ON, The Ministry of Transportation Ontario retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on fifty four (54) culverts in the District of Algoma on Highway 108 between Highway 17 and the City of Elliot Lake.  
  • Devees Creek, Haines Creek, Jenkins Creek Culvert Investigation, G.D. Jewel retained Tulloch Engineering to perform a hydrology study and hydraulic analysis on three large culverts within the Northeastern Region
  1. Site 38S-388/C - Devees Creek (3.114 X 2.063 SPCSPA)
  2. Site 44-283/C - Haines Creek Culvert (4.26 X 3.05 SPCSPA)
  3. Site 44-286C - Jenkins Creek Culvert (4.572 SPCSP)
  • Depot Lake Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The project was located on Hwy 108 within the municipal boundary of the City of Elliot Lake.  The project included a detailed site survey of the structures, a detailed hydrologic investigation of both the original culverts and replacement culverts and a detailed investigation of the low water levels in Depot Lake.  
  • Trout Lake Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The project was located on Hwy 17 West in the Township of Aweres.  The project included reviewing the existing construction drawings, detailed site survey, a detailed hydrologic investigation, a detailed hydraulic analysis of the existing and proposed drainage structures and providing the recommendations for a replacement culvert and ditch grading. 
  • Walford Road Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to investigate drainage issues in the area west of the intersection of Walford Road and Hwy 17 West (Hwy 17) in the Township of Victoria.  The project included reviewing the existing construction drawings, detailed site survey, a detailed hydrologic investigation, a detailed hydraulic analysis of the existing and proposed drainage structures and providing the recommendations and options for improving drainage at the subject low area culvert and improving ditch drainage. 
  • Bennett Creek Drainage and Hydrology Investigation, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to undertake a hydraulic investigation of the Bennett Creek Culvert crossing located on Highway 65 (Hwy 65) approximately 115 m west of Mountain Chutes Road in the Geographic Township of Barber.  The project included reviewing the existing construction drawings, detailed site survey, a detailed hydrologic investigation, a detailed hydraulic analysis of the existing drainage structures and provide recommendations and options for stabilizing the slope.
  • Huntsville District Culvert Analysis, The Ontario Ministry of Transportation retained Tulloch Engineering to undertake drainage investigation on 12 culvert crossing located in the Huntsville area.  The project included a site survey, detailed hydrologic investigations, and a detailed hydraulic analysis of the existing drainage structures.
  • McCutcheon Bridge, Modelling of the 300 ha watershed draining into the Black River.  The project included modelling the existing structure, modelling a new bridge structure and modelling a multi-plated culvert.
  • Hekkla Road Bridge, Modelling of the 1,115 hectare watershed of an unnamed creek draining into the Rosseau River.  The project included replacing the existing bridge with 5 arch pipes.
  • Chemical Road, Shanty Lane Road and Daggard Lake Road Bridges, Modelling of the Chemical Road Bridge watershed (15,215 ha), the Shanty Lake Road Bridge (5,949 ha) and the Daggard Lake Road Bridges (6,372 ha).
  • Wahwashkesh Dam, Modelling of the Dam to determine the effects removing an abandoned abutment would have on the weir flows and downstream properties
  • Nonda Creek Storm Improvements, Toad River, Modelling of the Nonda Creek watershed and designing of a fish sensitive outfall.  The project received an environmental achievement award from the B.C. Ministry of the Environment.
